Dominion Helping Hands Ministry (DHHM) is a volunteer-led nonprofit dedicated to removing barriers to economic mobility in St. Petersburg, Florida. Founded in 2019,
DHHM empowers high-risk youth and families to achieve their fullest potential through education, career development, and social support programs.
DHHM provides critical resources and guidance, addressing immediate needs like food insecurity and legal barriers while fostering life skills and career aspirations. Their work is vital in building a stronger community where every young person has the opportunity to thrive.

Our Mission
Dominion Helping Hands Ministry empowers at-risk youth and their families in St. Petersburg, Florida, to overcome systemic barriers and achieve economic self-sufficiency by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Our Vision
Dominion Helping Hands Ministry envisions a community where all St. Petersburg residents have equitable access to build prosperous and fulfilling futures.
Our Goals
By June 30, 2025 we will secure $10,000 in funding and gain the support of at least three key community partners to sustain and expand the organization community programs by submitting five grand proposals and hosting two donor engagement.
By September 30, 2025, we will launch an after school program focused on cultural preforming arts and tutoring, serving at least 50 students per week. We will secure partnerships with three local schools and community organizations, recruit and train five qualified instructors, and achieve 80% satisfaction rate from students and parents within the first six months of operation.
By January 31, 2026, we will launch a nutritional hot meal program that serves 100 hot balanced meals per to community members in need. We will also develop partnership's with at least local food suppliers insuring meals meet nutritional l guidelines and achieve and 85% satisfactory rate within the first six months of operations.
